Canon Powershot S3 IS

I posted some pictures of my new camera, the Canon Powershot S3 IS, last week and talked about it a bit as well as some other digital cameras. I am really amazed at some of the shots I have been able to take with it. I shot this of my oldest girl as she waited for the bus this morning.

...and this one is of a Water Lily that has bloomed in my pond.

I am by no means a good photographer but sometimes the right equipment can improve greatly upon mediocrity. My next step is to pick up a Canon EOS and some really nice lenses, but that will have to wait until Christmas I think.
